There are so many things to do at this event both on site and in the city of Chester, here is just a few of the timings and key events. This list will continue to build closer to the event with more activities.

All these free activities are included in your booking fee. – Unlimited access to the food festival, adult cooking classes, kids cooking classes, Films shown throughout the day and evening in the Camperfest TIPI. The Tipi is your own hub with activities organised by our charity partner which have previously included Easter Egg hunts and Easter Crafts.

Thirsty? Hungry? Tipple on Tap Bar will be open in the afternoon/evening with live music or a quiz night and
the incredible Grills & Chills will be offering hot Breakfasts and fantastic dinner options.

Thursday
2pm – Arrive on site and check in to your allocated space. Tipple on Tap and Grills and Chills will also be open.
6pm – The first of our children’s films will be screened. Acoustic music starts at 7pm.

Friday
The festival is being set up today for opening on Saturday so this is the day to explore the city of Chester. Visits to the stunning cathedral are free and only a 5 minute walk. We highly recommend this. It is simply fabulous. A walk along the river takes you to some of the most beautiful locations of Chester and you can also walk the Chester Walls which gives you a wonderful perspective of the city.

Breakfast is available daily from 8am -11am

Craft table open 10am – 4pm. Family Films screening at 1pm, 4pm and 7pm.
2pm – Your bar and food outlet are open until 11pm.
7pm- Quiz Night, can your group top the tables and win the prizes? Additional bonus round hosted by the hospice, for a super prize.

Saturday
Breakfast is available daily from 8am -11am
10am – The Festival begins. With Chef Demos on the hour, Free Adult and Kids Cooking Classes and heaps of food and drink exhibitors to try and buy from. Don’t forget you have unlimited access to the festival at all times.
Family films screening at 1pm, 4pm and 7pm.
2pm – Your bar is open until 11pm. Food outlet opens at 6pm.
7pm- Acoustic music.

Sunday
Breakfast is available daily from 8am -11am
10am – The Festival Opens. Craft table open 10am – 4-pm
11am – Easter Egg Hunt.
1pm – Your bar is open until 10:30pm. Food outlet opens at 6pm.
Family Films screening at 1pm, 4pm and 7pm. Acoustic music from 7pm.

Monday
Breakfast is available daily from 8am -11am
10am – The Festival Opens – Enjoy your last day! Craft table open 10am – 4-pm
12 noon – Your bar is open until 3pm. Hospice raffle draw at 2pm.
Family films screening at 1pm and 4pm.
4pm- 6pm – Departure time
