We do offer a group discount to Motor home Fun members and they will be sited together.

Yes, we welcome your delightful dogs on the CamperFest site but they must remain on a lead at all times. Dogs are also permitted within the outdoor areas of the food and drink festival, with access through the Camperfest entrance to the festival as marked on the map (maps will be distributed on arrival).

All fouling should be picked up and disposed of accordingly.

Thursday – 2pm-11pm

Friday, Saturday & Sunday- 7.30am-11pm

There is no power provided by Chester Racecourse for the campsite. However we bring in generators to offer the ability to have an electric hook up. This is a 16 amp power supply only and must be booked in advance through the booking page.

Power supplies are £120 per pitch, and must be purchased in advanced.

Camperfest does not profit from these hook ups, the price is the cost only and the service is an optional extra.

There will be some electric available in the tipi, the Camperfest hub, for phone charging etc.

There are several temporary toilet blocks spaced out on the fields so you shouldn’t be too far from one, we have these serviced throughout the weekend. There are permanent toilets within the food and drink festival area which are of course open to you during the festival opening hours.

The racecourse does have a small permanent block of showers which will be open to campers throughout the weekend. Please note that these showers are relatively basic.

Well hopefully it isn’t going to rain over the weekend but if you would like to style your hair there is power in the toilet blocks. If you want to book power for your own pitch please state this on your booking form.

We try to be as flexible as we can as we know circumstances do change. You can call us or email camperfest@chesterfoodanddrink.co.uk if you need to add people to your booking. Electric bookings can be added if there any available but these usually sell out at least a month before the event.

However, As part of CamperFest’s ticket purchasing policy we regret that we cannot cancel, exchange, refund or transfer tickets unless the event in question has been cancelled. Please read the full terms and conditions before booking.

Have you checked your spam or junk folders? They may be there. Everyone who has bought tickets has now had an email sent to them with them on. If you haven’t seen yours they may be sneakily hiding. If after searching these places you still haven’t found them, please get in touch so we can investigate. Best way is via email info@chesterfoodanddrink.co.uk

Since the 19th July 2021, the government have lifted the Covid restrictions. However, the design and layout of this year’s event have been done especially to make the event as Covid safe as possible. 90% of the food festival event is now outdoors and there is (as there always is) a one way system in operation. This is both for your safety and to ensure you don’t miss anything!

Hand sanitiser stations will be placed at points all around the festival.

Increased regular cleaning will take place and additional staff have been recruited for the event to help keep you safe

If you have any questions or concerns about our COVID policies and risk assessments, please do not hesitate to get in touch with festival organisers. info@chesterfoodanddrink.co.uk
